Don't just order two tacos...go for four! Trust me, these are hands down the best damn camarones tacos I've ever had, and I'm not exaggerating, I still dream about them! You can choose between crunchy, crispy, or soft tortillas, and that creamy sauce they drizzle on top? It's like a flavor explosion that makes your taste buds throw a party. Each bite bursts with deliciousness, especially when you add the side of red sauce they give you...it's like a flavor firework show! The best part about these tacos are that they hold together like champions. I genuinely wish they'd set up a truck in SF because I'd be first in line every day. The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and there's plenty of outdoor seating for you to bask in taco glory. If you're a true taco hoe, you've got to come here.

El Roy's is possibly the best taco truck in all of Sonoma county, I've never had a bad experience here everything from their tacos to quesadillas to the hotdogs are all delicious. The service is always quick and friendly everyone works well together in such a small space the employees always look like they are having a good time serving all the hungry customers. I never really eat at the provided tables but I did notice that they are in good condition and fairly cleaned well, my only complaint is they never give you enough of the red & green salsa.

Highly recommend these tacos dorados "golden tacos" on all days not just Tuesdays. My favorite tacos that I have them at least once a week. The shrimp is my favorite. Creamy refried beans in the hard crispy taco shell hits! I love the asada and carnitas ones too. Must eat right away! The shell gets soggy so it's not the same experience whatsoever. I love their chicken quesadilla too! It's so flavorful and yummy. The jamaica and horchata is a must with the tacos, especially if you're like me and douse your tacos with salsa. The horchata helps with that kick! Their sauce is the best thing ever! I buy an 8 oz so I can have more at home to put on my homemade tacos. They also have these spicy pickled onions, carrots and jalepeños that compliments their dishes perfectly. There's 3 locations, all of which are very convenient to get to. Call in the order for faster service. I inhale these the moment they are in my hands. Mmmm so good!

As I drove down the street I was overwhelmed by how many taco trucks and stands were within yards of one other. I noticed El Roy's line of patrons waiting, I figured it had to be a safe bet. Tacos were delicious and prepared so well. Amount of proteins and garnishes were plenty. Only thing is the hot sauce was not hot at all, though I think they were holding out on me thinking I wouldn't be able to handle the burn lol.

New fav go to Mexican spot! Been stuck on the shrimp dorados tacos, they are sooo good!!

Elroy's has some great shrimp tacos! Three shrimps on each taco with a delightful, mild creamy sauce. It has very good flavor, and they have a hot sauce that goes on it as well, which is still kind of mild. If I have one criticism, it could have a little more kick to the dish but it has really good flavor as it is. Definitely worth stopping for the shrimp tacos, and I plan to try one of the other menu items.

Did someone say shrimp tacos from el Roy's?! I'm there! They are always yummy! From lunch to dinner. I'm not sure if they do breakfast- but I personally don't want them for breakfast, but no judgement if you do. I get it. So anyway, I don't know what creamy sauce they put on those, but I'm hooked. My to go is 2 shrimp tacos and a sope al pastor. The sopes here are my favorite. They have that crunch to perfection. I just ate, I'm hungry again. Well they take card even though they are a food truck which is a plus for me.

El Roy's is the best taco truck in Santa Rosa! This is the first time I've been to this location and it's just as good as the others without such a long line. I either hit it at the perfect time or it's just a little less busy than the other trucks!

Their food is so yummy and consistent which I appreciate. They also just opened up another location off of Santa Rosa Avenue which makes me happy because it's much closer to me than the other locations. I normally get the tacos dorados de carne asada plate which comes with 3 tacos dorados. Friendly people, fast service, great food.
